You can have every piece of data we hold about you deleted. There is no form to fill in and no account to create.
One record is kept on purpose, and only if you ask us to stop contacting you. If you have opted out, we keep a note that you did. Deleting that note would allow the automation to message you again the next time you comment, which is the opposite of what you asked for. It contains your Instagram-scoped ID and nothing else.
You can also cut off our access at any time without contacting us, from Instagram itself:
That immediately stops all future access. It does not by itself delete data already held — email us as above for that.
Deletion is carried out against the database, not by marking a row hidden. Records tied to you are removed, and records that reference them are removed with them. We do not retain a shadow copy for analytics, and we do not sell or share data with anyone who would hold a copy we could not reach.
